1. Service overview

PixelRise is a SaaS platform that allows you to:

• create and manage professional websites
• manage bookings and contacts
• sell products and services
• publish content (blog, social media)
• use AI automation tools
• manage multiple projects and domains
• analyze performance
• manage a tourism business online

2. User account

To use PixelRise, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information provided
• the confidentiality of your credentials
• all activities carried out through your account

PixelRise cannot be held liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (or according to the selected offer)
• Payment must be made in advance
• In case of non-payment, access may be suspended or limited
• Pricing may change with prior notice

Some features may be offered as paid add-ons (e.g., multi-site, multilingual, advanced AI).

4. Trial period

6. Client content

You remain the owner of the content you publish on your sites.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of information
• the legality of content
• images and media used
• data collected from your customers

PixelRise acts only as a technical provider.

7. End customer data

If you collect traveler or customer data:

• you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws
• you must inform users about how their data is used
• you must ensure their security

8. Artificial intelligence features

PixelRise provides automated content generation tools.

These outputs:

• are generated automatically
• may require human review
• do not constitute professional advice
• may contain errors

The user remains responsible for their use.

9. Multilingual and automatic translation

Multilingual features allow content generation in different languages.

PixelRise does not guarantee perfect translation accuracy. The client must verify published information.

10. Service availability

We strive to provide continuous availability of the platform.

However, PixelRise cannot guarantee:

• no interruptions
• no technical errors
• permanent availability

Maintenance may occur without prior notice.

11. Security

PixelRise implements reasonable measures to protect data and accounts. However, no system is fully secure. The user must also take the necessary measures to protect their access.

12. Suspension or termination

PixelRise may suspend or terminate an account in case of:

• non-payment
• breach of terms
• abusive use of the service
• security risk

The user may cancel their subscription at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

PixelRise cannot be held liable for:

• indirect commercial losses
• loss of customers or revenue
• errors in published content
• use made by users

The service is provided "as is".

14. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design and features are the property of PixelRise. Any reproduction, copying or unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Changes to terms

PixelRise may modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the company operating PixelRise.
